Sausage bites with mustard sauce is a savory dipping appetizer.
Hot or mild Italian sausages are cooked in white wine, and then broiled in the oven to give them a crispy brown edge.
Mustard sauce is simply mixing together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, sour cream, and a bit of hot sauce.
You can serve the sausages hot or cold with the mustard sauce.
Place a toothpick into each sausage piece for easy dipping!
Sausage Stuffed Wonton Cups

The spicy mayo sauce is made by combining mayo, Cajun seasoning, and a little lemon juice.
Sausage, Apple and Gruyere Pinwheels

Ground pork sausage is cooked in a frying pan with a few diced onions. The pork needs to be broken up into small pieces while it’s cooking.
Diced apples and sage are added to the pan, and cooked until the apples are fork tender.

Ground sausage is cooked and broken up into small pieces. Place the drained sausage into a bowl with cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix them together, and this will be your filling for your jalapenos.
Wear gloves when cutting the jalapenos, then you won’t risk getting it in your eye!
Cut the jalapenos lengthwise, removing the seeds and membrane from the jalapeno.
Stuff the jalapenos by spooning the filling into each of the hollowed out jalapenos.
Bake them in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and brown.

Each sausage has a small piece of white cheddar placed on top of it.
The cranberries are used from cranberry sauce, you must separate them out when you’re ready to place them on top of the cheese.
Put a toothpick through the cranberry-cheese-sausage and serve immediately.

Spicy Italian sausage is cooked and broken up into smaller pieces.
The sausage is mixed with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese to create the base of the dip.
Sausage dip is spiced with red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Diced tomatoes and banana peppers are added to the dip, and then it can be placed in a heat proof dish.
The sausage dip is topped with more mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven until the cheese has started to brown.
Garnish with strips of fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Spinach and Sausage Phyllo Cups
