Pinwheels are made by rolling out the dough into a large rectangle, and brushing it with melted butter.
Arrange sliced pieces of brie all along the puff pastry. Sprinkle dried cranberries and walnuts around the dough.
Drizzle a little honey over the dough.
Starting with the narrow end of the dough, roll the dough tightly until you reach the end of the dough.
Place the seam down on the counter. Brush the dough with more melted butter.
