You can add gravy, cheese curds, chili beef, homemade cheese sauce, guacamole, and pepperoni to make your own French fries with these tasty toppings right at home.
Poutine
Poutine is a classic topping for French fry fries.
Poutine is made by making your own gravy, and drizzling the gravy over the fries.
Add cheese curds on top of the fries, and serve!
The cheese curds will begin to melt onto the piping hot fries and gravy.
The cheese will be stringy from melting onto the fries.
Chili Cheese Fries
Chili cheese fries are made with savory chili beef, and homemade cheese sauce.
Chili beef is coated in chili spices (garlic, chili powder, cumin) and cooked in tomato paste, with tomatoes and kidney beans.
The cheese sauce is made with heavy cream, making it extra rich and creamy. The chili cheese sauce is flavored with garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder and cumin.
Sharp cheddar cheese is melted into the cheese sauce and whisked until smooth.
When you’re ready to make your fries, assemble them by adding chili beef to the fries first.
Drizzle the cheese sauce on top of the fries. Garnish with a few green onions.
Begin by cooking ground beef with a bit of garlic and onions. Flavor the beef by adding chili powder, and paprika.
Add the beef on top of your cooked French fries, and top with shredded Monterey jack cheese. Cook the fries in the oven again to melt the cheese onto the fries.
After the fries come out of the oven, top them with pickled jalapenos, and parsley.
Mix together a bit of hot sauce into sour cream and drizzle the spicy sour cream on top of the fries. Serve immediately.
Pizza French Fries
Pizza fries are a bit unique, in that the fries act as the “crust” of the pizza. The fries are mashed and pressed together to make the pizza crust on a heat proof pan.
The fries are topped with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and slices of pepporoni.
The pizza fries are baked in the oven until the cheese has melted through.
Chorizo fries are made by cooking the chorizo with a diced bell pepper, and adding them on top of the fries.
Add slices of jalapenos, radishes, and onions to the fries. If you don’t want to put raw onions and jalapenos on top of the fries, I recommend sautéing them with the chorizo and bell pepper.
Cranberry pecan cheese ball is flavored with lemon juice, onion powder, and garlic flavor for a tantalizing taste.
Cranberry pecan cheese ball is covered in a fine layer of pecans. You can serve it with fresh veggies, pretzels, and crackers.
Cheddar Green Onion Cheese Ball
Cheddar green onion cheese ball is a tangy, herbed cheese ball. It’s tangy flavor comes from adding Worcestershire sauce to cream cheese.
Parsley, garlic powder, and oregano add a ton of herb flavor to this savory cheese ball.
The cheese ball is rolled in walnuts to make an eye catching outer layer, and add a ton of crunchy texture to your cheese ball appetizer.
Bacon Ranch Jalapeno Cheese Ball
Bacon ranch jalapeno cheese ball has a spicy flavor to it. The jalapenos are chopped up into very fine pieces, but they pack a lot of spicy flavor into this cheese ball.
The cheese ball is flavored using ranch dressing, onion powder, garlic powder, and fresh chives.
Bacon bits and cheddar cheese are added to the cheese ball mixture to create this garlicy ranch cheese ball.
Champagne buttercream frosting can be made using a sweet sparkling wine infused into a vanilla buttercream frosting. You could even use a strawberry sparkling wine for a little extra fruity flavor.

Mocha icing has a coffee-chocolate flavor to it. It’s rich and decadent.
Mocha buttercream icing is made by adding freshly brewed coffee or espresso, and cocoa powder to a vanilla buttercream icing.
Mocha icing can be piped on top of chocolate or vanilla cake.
Coffee glaze is flavored using freshly brewed coffee, infused into a icing base. You can add a couple of toasted hazelnuts on top of the glaze for a crunchy texture to the donut.
Coffee glaze can be used with vanilla donuts, or chocolate donuts.
Chocolate Glaze
Chocolate glaze is a rich, chocolatey glaze you can make using only 2 ingredients.
Chocolate glaze is made using a little coconut oil, and melted dark chocolate mixed together.
Chocolate donuts can be dipped into the glaze, and set to dry. You can add a couple of sprinkles on top for a pop of color if desired.
Vanilla Glaze
Vanilla glaze is a classic flavored glaze you can use on almost any flavor of donut.
Vanilla glaze is made using vanilla extract with icing to create this deliciously sweet glaze.
It’s not as sweet as buttercream, and has the memorable cream cheese and vanilla flavor.
Cream cheese frosting needs to have the right consistency to be piped into shapes using a piping tip. Therefore I recommend using this recipe for cupcakes.
It’s a thick icing and it pipes well on top of cupcakes. You can also color it using gel food coloring or liquid food coloring.

Egg rolls wrappers are thick, and doughy. Therefore they need to be fried, or baked prior to serving them as a dessert.
Cheesecake Egg Rolls
Cheesecake egg rolls are filled with rich cream cheese vanilla filling. You can put your favorite fresh berries into the egg roll as well, adding a fruity, sweet finish to your egg roll.
Bake the egg roll, and sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar to top it off.
Serve the cheesecake egg rolls warm, right out of the oven.
They are filled with marshmallows, chocolate frosting, and graham cracker crumble to create the s’more flavor.
S’more egg rolls are fried in oil to make a thick, crispy outer layer.
The inside of the s’more egg rolls are melted and gooey from the marshmallows.
Top each of the s’more egg rolls with chocolate sauce, or use as a dipping sauce.
Pumpkin Pie Egg Rolls
Pumpkin pie egg rolls are made by adding cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar to pumpkin puree. The spices added to the pumpkin puree create the “pumpkin pie” flavoring.
Each of the egg rolls are sealed with water, and then deep fried until a golden brown, crispy layer is formed on the outside of the egg roll.
Pumpkin pie egg rolls are dusted with powdered sugar as a garnish.
Banana caramel egg rolls are made by placing 1/2 banana in the egg roll. The egg roll is sealed, and brushed with a mixture of melted butter and cinnamon.
Each egg rolls is fried until the dough has a thin crispy layer
Fry the chocolate banana spring rolls in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
Cooking the spring rolls will melt the chocolate sprinkles, and give the outside a crisp golden layer.
The inside will be warm chocolate and banana flavors.
Strawberry Spring Rolls
Strawberry spring rolls are made by placing sliced strawberries inside a rice paper wrap. The wrap is sealed, and then deep fried to create a crispy outer layer.
Serve freshly deep fried strawberry spring rolls with chocolate sauce for dipping and a side of whipping cream.
Baked Apple Spring Rolls
Baked apple spring rolls are made by adding apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar to create an apple pie flavoring.
The spring rolls are wrapped up and baked in the oven until the apples are fork tender.
Serve the baked apple spring rolls with a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce and dusted powdered sugar.
Earl grey is infused into warm milk to flavor the cupcakes with. The contents of a couple earl grey tea bags are emptied into the batter as well to flavor the cupcakes.
The frosting is a lavender buttercream frosting made by adding culinary lavender to a vanilla buttercream frosting.
A little blue and pink liquid food coloring is added to the buttercream to create a vibrant purple colored frosting for the cupcakes.
Chocolate Cupcakes
Chocolate cupcakes are rich and chocolatey. You only need 1 chocolate cupcake to be satisfied!!
Chocolate cupcakes are made by adding cocoa powder to a cupcake base.
Chocolate cupcakes are frosted with a chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate buttercream is made by adding cocoa powder, and melted milk chocolate to a buttercream frosting.
Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Carrot cake cupcakes have a cinnamon spiced undertone, and a cream cheese frosting.
Grated carrots and cinnamon are added to a cupcake base to create the carrot cake cupcakes.
The cream cheese frosting is a sweet, creamy frosting that compliments the carrot cake cupcakes.
Hazelnut buttercream icing is made by adding cocoa powder, and hazelnut sauce to a buttercream frosting.
Hazelnut frosting is a unique frosting in that it has a nut flavored undertone with chocolate flavor. Hazelnut frosting goes well with chocolate, vanilla, or mocha cakes.
