You can make them look like a robins egg, or like an Easter egg, depending on the color you’re going to speckle them with.

You can use your favorite macaron recipe and bake for the exact time in your recipe to make these unique macarons.

If you’re wanting to make robin’s egg macarons, you can color the macaron batter light blue. Add 1/4 tsp of blue powdered food coloring, or a little bit of gel food coloring to the macaron batter.

You can also just have a plain white macaron that doesn’t have any color to it.
